Configure a file series widget

Configure a files series widget to display a sequence of files logged under a single attribute. You can use this widget in your dashboards and reports.

Create a widget

To add a file series widget to your dashboard or report:

1. In the top toolbar, click New widget and select File series.

2. In Attribute, select the name of an attribute to display.

   You can choose only from FileSeries attributes. Regex is supported.

3. In Display steps, you can set the widget to display an image from a particular step.

   By default, the widget displays the file logged at the last step.

4. (Optional) Change the widget title.

   The default title is the path of the selected attribute.

Export a widget

When ready, you can export the file series widget to a new or existing dashboard or report. You can also duplicate the widget in the dashboard or report that you're currently working on.

To access the export options, open the widget menu ().

View files

To browse files, use the navigation buttons in Step or type a specific step number directly in the input box.

Download files

To download a currently displayed file:

1. From the widget toolbar, click Download.
2. The image opens in the new tab and is ready to save.
