Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I find the API token? In the top-right corner of the Neptune app, click your avatar and select Get your API token.
How can I find the project name? In the project view, click Settings > Properties.
How can I update my username? Open the Chat (blue icon at the bottom right) and talk to us, or send an email to [email protected].
I typed in the wrong email address at registration, what now? Open the Chat (blue icon at the bottom right) and talk to us, or send an email to [email protected].
What are the storage limits? Storage limits are listed on the Pricing page on the Neptune website.
What is the limit of the number of runs or notebooks? There are no limits. You can have as many runs and notebooks as you wish.
