Issue: The syncing is progressing slowly or not at all.
The remaining operations refer to the queue of synchronization operations Neptune needs to complete in order to upload your logged metadata to the servers.
By waiting for the process to finish, you ensure that your locally stored metadata is fully uploaded to Neptune. This process can take several minutes, even hours, if you're logging a large amount of metadata or your internet speed is low.
Workaround
If possible, speed up your connection. If the issue persists, contact Neptune support.
