Manage account settings

Your Neptune account settings allow you to control your profile data, manage your preferences, and decide which experimental features to use.

Access account settings​

To access your account settings:

  1. Log in to your Neptune workspace.
  2. Expand the user menu.
  3. Next to your username, select Edit.

Change password​

You can update your password in the Change password section.

Change preferences​

In the Preferences section, you can choose the chart legend type that you want to use.

Choose app theme​

To change the app theme, under Select theme, choose between light mode, dark mode, or browser mode.

Enable experimental features​

You can enable or disable the following experimental features:

  • Alternative legend positioning

    Enable this feature to see more of the chart area when showing a chart legend.

  • Smart name shortening

    Enable to this feature to truncate long names of experiments and metrics.

  • Completion level of metrics

    Enable this feature to see the completion level of point previews as a shaded area in charts.

Edit your user profile​

In the Public profile section, you can add personal information that you want other users to see. Such information might include a short description or links to your profile on other platforms.
