About Neptune app

You can access the Neptune web application at scale.neptune.ai. This is the place where you can:

  • Visualize, sort, and organize your data.
  • Watch the training live.
  • Download visualizations and metadata.

Neptune is currently available only to select customers. Get access to Neptune

Check the app version​

To check on which version of the Neptune app you are:

  1. Log in to your Neptune workspace.

  2. Go to Help → About Neptune.

Choose theme​

Neptune app is available in two modes: light and dark.

To change the app theme:

  1. Log in to your Neptune workspace.

  2. Expand the user menu.

  3. Next to your username, select Edit.

  4. Under Select theme, choose between light mode, dark mode, or browser mode.
