About Neptune app

You can access the Neptune web application at scale.neptune.ai. This is the place where you can:

• Visualize, sort, and organize your data.
• Watch the training live.
• Download visualizations and metadata.

Neptune is available only to existing customers. Read more about the acquisition and shutdown process in the transition hub.

Check the app version

To check on which version of the Neptune app you are:

1. Log in to your Neptune workspace.

2. Go to Help → About Neptune.
